We decided Friday that we would get Cereal and Milk for breakfast as it was the cheapest option. It was very nom. At least today's milk wasn't frozen. :-)

We went to the premier and we barely got a seat to the movie, but we got in and sat down. After the premier we get ready for the EQ II live event. We listened and then I gave Helig my camera so that he could catch the event on film.

We made our flowers for the lovers. It just makes me smile that he was just that happy. This cart was a Godsend.

This event was over 2 hours long. We were one of the last to get our quest done. They did not think that this event was going to be so popular. But I loved it... It got very frustrating. But once we got some help from the GM we finally got it done. We didn't win, but we did get finished.

From left to right: Uurs, Me, Hudd, Hoopy, Hudd, Roewane,Elquinjena,Zandi,Jethal,Trueflight, Venoch, and Matt (Dlar).

This is a picture of the Main NPC and a Brownie as played by Phemme. It was lots of fun.
Hello Kitty found another basket, and this one was filled with Trail Mix. Another picture of Den Mom. I missed out on the singing to her. She blushed and almost passed out. (does not like a lot of people and being popular.)

After the event we went to the last panel which was for EQ II and beyond panel. It was very informative and got me excited to see the new content. With the fact that I had a few days after the convention I was able to play some EQ II. Then we stood in line for closing ceremonies. We stood there for almost hour and a half if not longer. But once we found each other and found a table that we claimed for our Guild.

We got food, it was not fantastic but it was okay. I usually am not too picky, but okay. We watched the costume contest and found out that the person farthest away was Austrila.

After closing ceremonies I felt sick and was not wanting to deal with people, but finally we said our good byes and said that we will see them all online. We had to be out the door by 7 am ish our flight was at 9:15 am.

Lots of fun was had and hope that next year we will have more money and I will be able to have a costume.

Viva Las Vegas Friday!!

Friday is when the panels start and our first panel of the day was podcasts. SOE puts out a podcast and so does OGR. If we guessed correctly we would get a 90 day game card. I asked Uurs, "Isn't it Lady Vox?" He replied, "Yes" and I walked over to find Jethal and then said, "Isn't it Lady Vox?" He said yes and he handed me the 90 day card and had to stop for a photo op.

After the photo op, we saw some Dark Elves from Geremany. They didn't speak very much but I was very grateful.

We also saw the actual Brasse the dwarf. She was dressed up and even was willing to take a picture with Hello Kitty. She made the garb by hand. I could not believe she did it by herself. It was just awesome.

The last picture is another is a Free Realms character, she was just awesome. So after we went to the last panel, EQ II Potpourri, we went to the Address from Smedly. Where we found out that everyone got the newest expansion for EQ II for free and also got other cool stuff. Then it was drinking time. SOE provided every one with liquor. However, they did not have the makings for a Malibu Mai Tai. But they did offer an Akanon Amp-tini. It was okay... but after the band and the karoke decided to blare the music to the point that gave Matt and Uurs a headache.

After everything we decided to walk around and gamble again, but then well again off to bed, as we had a panel again at 10 am.

Viva Las Vegas Thursday

This was the first day of the SOE Fanfaire 2009. We had never been to a Fanfaire ever so this was going to be an experience. We decided after Matt wasn't feeling well this day Uurs and I decided to get him a Scooter. MAN these things are just freaking awesome. We decided that morning to pick one up for him.

We also decided to get breakfast at the Sidewalk cafe. The line extended from one side of the hotel out to the casino floor. Below is what we saw at the begining of registration. We were number like 8 to 9 in line. Out of like 2,000 people.

Hello kitty was comfortable in line in the basket. We had a great time and did very little exploring outside of Bally's and Paris. I decided to do a project where I bring Hello Kitty with me. We got up oh blessed early and flew in on Thursday. It was a beautiful flight and we had a great view.

Hello kitty looking out the window looking at the new scenery.

Once we landed it was warm and kind of muggy... but we survived the navigating around the airport. We learned that once we were there that we had a choice that we could use the shuttle or take a cab. I have never been in a cab before and we were not sure how cheap it would be. We decided to just go for it. (Traveler's tip: When taking a cab to the strip, tell the driver to take surface streets. Not only will it be cheaper you can also see the sights around the strip.)

Once we got to Bally's we stood in line and waited for our hotel room. The people there were very friendly. They even posed for Hello Kitty.

Once we got checked in we went to our room. It was HUGE!!!! We had a lot of space to run around in. We even had a mini fridge. It was a great place to meet my good friend that I had not seen in years. That was the plan for Thursday. Meet up with my good friend Steph and her family.
I had not seen her in over 8 years or so. It has been forever. I gave her a ring and we decided to meet up at the hotel and just chill and chat.

We did alot of exploring around the Paris hotel. I think out of the entire experience I loved the sky. It was just beautiful.

We also walked by Napoleon's a resturant in Paris. We went back to our room only to find out the AC was not working properly. So we called the front desk and had to get them to come look at it. Come to find out we had to be "Upgraded" which would have been great but... well the "upgrade" seemed more to be a down grade. We didn't have a lot of room like the last room but hey we at least had a place to lay our head at the end of the night.

Back to School.... Maybe

So, I have been talking about being a Baker for years now, and have been thinking about opening my own business within 5 years. But upon looking at the jobs out there they want you to have some experience before I went into the field. So let me step back a second.

I had my annual review today. I hate annual reviews, I get this sick feeling inside and doubts that I did a good job. I could always do better, well I was wrong. I had this kick review saying that I had performed above and beyond the expectations. That I was a valued employee. ME?? Seriously??? Okay I can take that.

During this review I was asked about my future plans in the company. Where did I want to go? I was like.. "Really... Nowhere." This company that I work for does not really do what I can do. They do Tech support, and I am good at being someone's personal assistant more than really being a Supervisor, or IT.

I told her that "I didn't know what I wanted to be when I grow up". Mind you she knows that I wanted to be a baker. That is pretty much all that I talk about now and days. How much I love to bake, and make things that are healthy. She said that I should look at going back to school. This is a great time to do so... because it is a bad time to look for work.

She suggested a local college in the Kirkland area that has a Baking degree. An Associates in Baking. ARE YOU SERIOUS?!?!?! Yup, about 8,000 for the entire degree. I could not believe it. So I am having the information sent and said that I would love to start in the Winter.

Maybe I will start school.. in the Winter, maybe not.. only time will tell.

<link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://catchingkitty.blogspot.com/2009/06/back-to-school-maybe.html' title='Back to School.... My boss said we should be professional and I took that to dress the part as well. So I looked in the closet of doom and picked out a few skirts and chose one that was pretty. I hadn't put the skirt on in months. (I hate skirts) I couldn't get the skirt over my hips. I was pissed. I have gained soo much weight for a job that pays the bills. I think that the thing that sealed it for me is that i found a job that requires me to lift 25 Lbs to do something I want to do... Baking COOKIES!!!

So I decided that I can't take not fitting clothes in my anymore. So I have decided to start to change my eating habits, and exercise a little bit more. I for the last two days have been doing Yoga in the morning before work.

I do plan on getting to the bike and doing some cardio. Also I plan on doing some bench pressing once I convince Uurs to spot me. I dislike lifting free weights with out someone spotting me. Something I was instilled when I was doing weightlifting in high school.

So I have had yogurt and berries for breakfast with some additional protein. Lately it has been hot pockets. (too hot to cook) But soon enough I would be able to just get motivated. I want to lose this weight and be able to lift those 25 lbs soon.

Maybe soon enough I will be able to find something new, and fresh and maybe I will lose a little bit of the weight. Here is to hoping.

Summner Heat

So it is a little warm for WA state. We have been upper 70's, low 80's. We are not used to this weather. Today being Saturday we decided to try to beat the heat by lounging around the house with fans and friends. Being on the couch with my laptop and 4 guys around me ... this is a lot of heat.
We are not at home with the AC but at a friend's house with fans and the sun at my back. Heat makes me sleep. I am tired and hot and uncomfortable.

I luckily have working the past few days in an AC room with the fan on and with today was the last Sat of the month it was the last min crunch. Today was 13 evaluations and I did it in 6 hrs instead of the 8 I had planned. I just tell myself I have 25 days left then Vegas here we come.

Speaking of Vegas I hear that once we get to Vegas and sign in to the Con it will be non-stop action and chaos. This will be my first Con and not sure how this works. Hopefully I will be able to keep up. Speaking of which I still need to pick up some shirts and shorts and some tanks and jeeze a basic new wardrobe... wonder how much it would cost for a Britta filter thingy in Vegas... or if bottled water will be the best option as both boys are allergic to chlorine. What fun to think about that.

Vegas here we come!!!!!

So my plan in life is to visit all 50 states and maybe some other countries. So far I have been to 4 states soon to be 5. Well we live in WA state, so that checks that one off the list.

We also took a vacation to Georgia to visit friends and go to Dragon con. That was a lot of fun. I wish we could have stayed longer for the full con. Maybe next time.

Next state we went to was California where my hubby proposed to me underneath the archway in Sleeping Beauty's castle where they do the fire works. Mind you I couldn't eat much afterwords but overall the trip was fun.

So that is three states so far, but the last state we have been to was Oregon. We went for a wedding and to visit Uurson's parent's graves at Willamette national cemetary. It was Memorial day weekend.

Now I can say that officially soon I will have been to 5 states. I am going to Vegas baby. Now mind you both Uurson and Matt are somewhat allergic to heat. Which is going to pose to be an issue. But I suppose we will be up for the challenge.

We need to get a few last min things, plane tickets, shorts, and shirts. But we have the hotel, and the Con tickets. We also get to see an old time friend. I haven't seen her in years. I get to meet her youngest and see her oldest again.

On a side note that I have a new mini type laptop. It is uber cute and it allows me to blog more and avoid the computer desk. Something I sit at every day. Here is hoping Vegas comes soon and will make for a great trip.

Boxes, Boxes everywhere..

So I haven't posted in a very long, long time, and I am sorry for those who frequent in hope for an update. But here is an update for you.

So we had to move last October but this time it is from a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom townhome (1325 sq.ft.) to a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom (850 sq. ft.) apartment. Now this is a huge down grade for us, however it was a necessary move as they were re-modeling the old town home. (On a side note we found out later that it has asbestos in it)

Normally we don't have an issue with moving but this time we had some issue as we don't have a lot of money to move with but yet we got some friends to help and we got it done within 2-weeks or so.

The issue we have with the current apartment is that we just don't have the room for everything. Especially we had to clear out a storage unit. We moved in with boxes and found out that we have more stuff than we thought. We had about 82 boxes of stuff that we had in storage just sitting there.

This is the picture of our front door where we had the bulk of the boxes. We don't use our front door as our roomate has some mobility issues and can't go up the stairs. Mind you this shot is just reciently.

Again another picture of the door. I mean this is nothing compared to this...

Yeah this is our bedroom. We had to put most of the boxes in the bedroom for the holidays. Here is another shot to show you the extreme of the boxes.

Now you must be curious what is most of these boxes. Well to show you.. yes I have more pictures.

You guessed it MAIL. I HATE MAIL. Mail and paperwork, it has been an issue, I just don't have a system yet for mail. Although it doesn't help that we don't have a shredder yet. I finally have decided that I need to get organized. But here is our start.

So this is our start to organization. Here is hoping that we will get done with this before summer. We are down to 33 in the living room and 32 in the bedroom. So 65 boxes total. We can do it.

We also want to get most of the mail sorted before May as our community is having a Shred-a- thon. Woo.

Yes it is stolen, but I had to do it. :)

Twelve Months of 2008 Survey

JANUARY

1) Who kissed you on new year's..?
Tim
2) Did you have a New Year's Resolution this year?
To lose weight, and to have a happy year
3) Does it snow where you live?
Yeah, usually snows but unsure if it ever did.
4) Do you like hot chocolate?
Yep
5) Have you ever been to Times Square to watch the ball drop?
Nope

FEBRUARY

1) Who was your Valentine?
Tim
2) Do you care if the groundhog sees its shadow or not?
Nope ... So let me set the scene shall I?
It was our Wednesday night game and we were wrapping up and getting ready to go home. We noticed that one of our friends left her purse at the house we were playing at, so we called her and said that it was there. She turned around and came back for it. So she had fell just a few min prior but only to her knee. So she was fine but I didn't want her to fall again. So I ran into the house to grab her purse and then promtly Walk/Run it to her. I slipped and fell into the mud on my but and heard a "Crack, Crack, Crack" and I couldn't move. My ankle hurt so bad I was afraid to move it. I had my husband and a friend help me into the car and off we went home to put the cousin -in - law home and call the urgent care nurse to see what we should do. So their resolution was to go to the hospital and have it checked out.
This mind you is my first real memory of ever going to a hospital, it was a scary thought. We went and parked the car, the ankle was down to a dull roar and was able to move it kind of but it still hurt. We spent a total of only 1.5 ish hours in the hospital. That was it. I was very happy with the care that I got. The final deduction was that I had sprained the ankle bad, to the point where they gave me drugs , a brace, and crutches.
Let me tell you re-learning the cutches is a pain. but if I can't put weight on the foot then well you kinda have to learn fast. Well I am gonna go put the foot up and try to relax and maybe convince the cousin -in- law to get me some water.
Will keep you posted if it becomes worse.

Updating you on our status

Well I finally broke down and got a myspace account. I really was reluctant to get one but since I have more and more friends logging on to myspace I figured I should get an account. So yeah I got the account and hopefully it looks okay.

Matt went to the hospital recenetly. We found out that he is allergic to shellfish the hard way. He had some shrimp ramen and his throat was sore and was not feeling well. On Tuesday morning early, 2am pst, Uurson took him to the hospital and they gave him some benedryl and some sterriods. They didn't get out of the hospital until almost 7am.

He is starting to feel better but it is going to be progressive. I am hoping that he is not getting brochitis or something worse. But here is to Matt feeling better.

Well I am off. If you want to be my myspace friend just look up Kitty or ask me.

Video Games

I beat my very first Video Game early this morning. For me it is the best thing ever. Being 24 and all and having video games while growing up I never really had the knack for beating them. My little brother did when he was growing up, but me I loved to watch.

The video game I beat was Katamari Damacy. My old High school friend had let me borrow it, and I fell in love with it. I have not yet beat it 100% but I have finished the game. Now it is time to go back through all of the levels and find all the little things.

I was very excited last night. Especially since I now have to get through the second game. We ♥ Katamari. After that then I have to figure out how to play the third game in the series. Me & My Katamari seeing that I don't own a PSP. Nor do I want to own one for that matter. I will have to see about purchasing it for the PSP then either borrowing a friends, or I can talk and maybe buy one at a pawn shop. But the last but certainly not least of the Katamari is... Beautiful Katamari. But Urs whants to get a 360 of our own before we get it.

Well we need to do laundry.
LAter peeps

Wondering when the world will stop...

I ever wonder when the world will stop spinning. I feel as if I have been going non stop, but yet I have gone no where. I did not get the job that I had applied for. I suppose at least I tried. I don't know about what I am going to do about my job. The people are great, but I just get bored and off task.

Uurson lost his job. More like he quit his job. His boss called him a liar, and was only giving him a few hours a week. Mostly like 2-4 hours a week, at a wage he was making when he started with the company. His boss told him to take his job seriously. Uurson told him that "How can I take this job seriously? This is a hobby, not a job. I can't support my family like this." Then promptly left the building.

Matt's EEG went well, we got the siezure that we needed the first night. He got a few phone calls that basically stressed him out. So we just have to wait a few more months for his next appt. Other than that he has been having siezures every now and again.

Uurson had some tests done. His diabetic tests, and other random tests that his dr said that he wanted done. All of the tests came back good, but one. His HbA1c it was a 9 or something like that. So we are trying to eat right and getting exercising again. I would like to keep him around.

I have been stressed I suppose. I am the only one in the house that is working, with exception of LJ. But then again there is that stressor, she is currently driving the 86 camry. The thing has broken down on her not once but twice now. And yet she still wants the car, and title. Yet she has not paid us. I am not letting that blessed car out of my sight until I get money in my hand.

I have been debating about working the Puyallup fair this year. I worked the fair one year, during college. It was fun and hard work. But I just don't know if they would want me. I don't want to wear myself down. Although I wouldn't mind going to play on the rides. :) Although Uurson doesn't like them much. I haven't talked with him yet about this idea. But I don't know what we are doing anyways at that time. We plan to be moving at that time anyways.

Well I have bread baking, I should go. He had surgery long ago to remove a tumor but that didn't cause that way back when.
Just recently we have been dealing with his seizures the worst was when he didn't even remember who he was. But now just trying to find out the cause and why he is currently having these problems has been a challenge.
We tried to get him to have a seizure in the hospital but it did not work very well, the did not get anything. So we are trying again for a seizure. Normally I would not wish a seizure on anyone but we need to know what is going on. So the dr said to put him on an Ambulatory EEG for the week. Well we just started that today. And Whoo hoo our first seizure. We believe that his seizures are stress related.

Well Here is to finding out what is going on.
>^.^*<

Easter weekend

So our easter weekend started a little early. Easter weekend every year is Norwescon. This year was Bell Book and Dragon. Now Urrson is a huge dragon fan. So of course we wanted to make this a tradition every year.

So this year I took off Friday for the con. I got home thursday getting ready for the convention and figured that it is not a good idea to go thursday night. A little known fact about Norwescon is that this convention runs from Thursday afternoon until Sunday night. It is a convention of Science Fiction and Fantasy. Something that both Urrson and Myself are into. They always run it Easter weekend.

So we wanted to go that friday but we had a few errands to run before that. Urrson was sick, and didn't feel good on that friday, after searching for a half hour for a parking spot we decided that it was a good idea to just go home.

We decided that we would get up early on Saturday and go to the con. We left the house at 7am. We found a parking spot way down the pac hwy strip. Mind you this convention is near the Sea Tac Airport. So after finding said parking spot.. and fighting with the valet parking, (We don't like to valet our car) we decided that there was no where else to go.. and so we parked. We got out of the car and then promptly walked to the con.

We got there and needed breakfast, something about urrson being a diabetic. (Who knew??) So we ate breakfast... $30 !?!?!? I couldn't believe we spent that just for breakfast. Either way we then went go pick up our registration. We obtained my Reg packet but the other packet was not there.. we have to go up to the guest of Pro section. The Green room to get his badge. (I guess one year he was with a pro.)

We then walked around the dealer's hall to see if we could find a few purchases. We did find a few things. We then roamed the art hall. I bid on a piece of art and got it. Other than that we did go to a few panels ate lunch, then a few more panels then the masquarde ect ect ect.

Over all we spent 16 hrs at the con on sat. We did not get home until 2am. We got home and the promply fell asleep. We then got up early to go pick up my art piece. I was very happy. We then said bye to a few friends then we went to a movie. "Horton Hears a Who." Intresting movie Definately a kids movie though.

Other than that .. that was our weekend. I really wish I would have had a good camera but.. yet still I don't have one to my name. Eventually we will get one.
Well off I run now.
Laters >^.^*<

Help!! I need confidence boost!!!

Well at work they just posted an IT helpdesk position. Now you all know that I want to be in IT, sooo bad. I have been in a rut for going on 2 years now. I am bored. I tell my boss about it all the time. He gives me other jobs to do during the day to break it up.
I love my boss for doing this for me. But on the posting they said that only the best will get an interview. Now I first have to show off my skills. But I just don't have all of the ones they are looking for.

This is what I would be doing.

· Build and install new computer systems
· Maintain multiple computer images
· Troubleshoot and repair workstation hardware and software.
· Troubleshoot and repair general network connectivity.
· Level 1 Active Directory Administration
· Level 1 Microsoft Exchange AdministrationLevel 1 Telecom and Voicemail Administration

Of those things the stuff in orange is stuff I don't necessarly know. But I AM WILLING TO LEARN.

These are the qualifications they need

· One year of desktop PC, server and infrastructure hardware experience ( Does college count as experience as well I did some contract work with my husband's company)
· Windows NT/2000/XP use and professional troubleshooting experience
· Core MS office application experience (Office, Project, Visio etc)
· Demonstrated ability to rapidly adapt to changing situations and an ability to dynamically reprioritize workload accordingly
· Analytical thinking
· Attention to detail
· Proven problem solving skills (I don't know if it can be "Proven")
· Excellent customer facing skills
· Technical research ability ( I think I can find out the information. I am not lost because I know where I am. But I just don't know where I want to go. We remember when we were young we all wanted to be a Police officer or a Firefighter. I have an idea of things I want to be but just don't know if I could fit in.

Some of the things that I would like to be.

Translator of ASL, French, and maybe Spanish.

Computer Network Tech (IT)

Laying cableing for Networks.

Educator, (teacher type person)

I have been thinking of what I wanted to be lately as right now I feel like I am in a rut. I love my job don't get me wrong, but sometimes I come home saying I wish I could do more. My passion lives with people and communication. I love people, to study them, to work with them, and just understand them. I just don't know where I am going. I feel like I am lost. Uurson says that it is normal to lose onself at my age. But really I don't like feeling lost. I don't like not knowing where I want to go.

Another part of me wants to be a perfectionist. That part of me is very disconcerning as my life is not perfect which I have just accepted as a fact. I just hope soon enough I can find myself. I just need to keep reminding myself that something will come up and say.. Pick me. I am what you want to do. Now of those 4 cars, 2 of which actually run. The pick up truck and the Echo.

Now we know what is wrong with the Sidekick, and well the Camry that is kind of known. Both cars have been out of commission for almost a year now. The reason they were not attended to before is because we are your typical american family. We live paycheck to paycheck. I hate living like this, but during this time we had no money to spare. Myself and my husband were getting married at this time.

Well we got our tax return, (my tax return) and we spent it fixing our cars. We are planning on moving here soon and we are needing to downsize everything. I hate hauling and waiting for the last minute. So last weekend we started our quest to get the car fixed. The Sidekick was an easy fix, sorta. It was the starter about a 100$ fix. We got the starter and attempted to start the car. It didn't start. So we tried to charge the battery. But the battery was dead. It didn't want to start. So we bought a new battery. $70 fix. It started like a charm. I was thrilled. Especially since this car is my first car ever. I still need to get a day pass as the tabs expired, take it to emissions and get the tabs. Then after that I need to get the Intrument cluster. The price tag on that.... Unknown yet.

The camry on the other hand, it needed a new timing belt. So a friend bought it for us. (we have great friends) We then took the car apart to get it going then... we didn't have the right tool for the job. We had to go on the great hunt for the correct tool. Then finally after months, and months of searching and having the funds to get it together, we just bought the tool. It was a whole $17 after taxes. Now we have everything put together we tried to start it sat. It did not want to start, the battery was dead. This time it just needed to be charged. But it still won't turn over. So our friend is going to come over and fix the blessed thing.

Now in my case, I could care less if the Camry gets fixed or not, but LJ wants it fixed. She takes the bus like I do, but she is going to be working graveyard and would like some wheels. I don't blame her but the Camry has been stolen not once but 3 Times. It's electrical system isn't stable, and it is just not worth it. I want to call a junk yard to pick it up so that it can be toast. But I have to try to fix it as LJ thinks she wants it. She even says she will buy it from us. I perk my ears when I hear money in the situation. Especially since she doesn't even pay us rent right now.

My other car runs well and since Zack's car doesn't really count, we won't mention it much. Here is another day in the life of Kitty. I am currently a Quality Analyst for WDS Global. I listen to peoples calls and grade them a scale in which our contract requires. (lots of messed up worlds) I am a huge fan of Hello Kitty, and have the collection to go with it.

Uurson~ This is my husband. He is currently an IT admin for a small Insurance broker. He loves Dragons and doesn't do well with heat. He served some time in the navy as a result he can not deal with high temps, anything over 60 degrees. He is also a diabetic.

Matt~ This my Cousin-in-law. He is currently not working because of health concerns. He is one messed up puppy. He loves Orcas and Video games. Uurson and myself take care of him as at times he forgets to do it himself.

LJ~ This is my birthday twin. She is currently a human answering service. She loves art and crafts. She currently lives with us as her husband is paying attention more to WoW (World of Warcaft) than to her.

Zack~ This is our roomate. He currently does not work as he says he can't find a job. Soon enough he will not be in the picture as we are going to move on.

People you may hear about later on are as follows.

Mama Kitty~ This is my mom. Congrats to me... :) Well the pictures are to come as I want to get all of them in before I post them. I want to apologize now for the disorderly way this post is going to be but here we go.

The wedding rehearsal went well with one exception. WE WERE LATE!!!! We were almost an hour late, but that stemmed from being late from the "make over" I had planned. So we get to dinner late and then after dinner we arrived almost a half hour late. We got there and we were conversing and getting things organized. My photographer failed to show up; found out that night he was sick. The music guy failed to show up, found out later that his car broke down and he had to go to the hospital with pneumonia. After everyone arrived the Person whom was gonna marry us had to hurry things along and so she had us line up. After great discussion we finally line up, but one of my bride's maids has a service dog. And my matron of honor decided it was a good idea to step on the service dog's tail. The dog wrapped around her owner and tripped her. Now if this was a normal person whom didn't have her child in her hands and was stable she would have been fine.. but she fell.

Uurson (husband) took the child from the bridesmaid as she picked herself up off of the floor. At that time we did not know that she hit her head. Mind you again if she was a normal person she would have been okay, but in this case she has a soft spot on her head. At this time she was okay but later on it would be much worse.

We finally did the run through and got the flock out of there. Myself and Uurson got home along with the Matron of honor and a friend so that we could pack. We had to pack to go to the hotel the night before the wedding. After the Matron of Honor and myself got packed we left for the hotel.

The hotel... now that was fun. I had to call Uurson as I forgot I needed the debit card to check in. Got to the hotel checked in got everything up the stairs and got dressed to go get some drinks and food. We went to the place down the street for some drinks and some food. We had Nachos for a late night snack. I had a Malibu mai tai and a White Russian. The matron of Honor had a few shots of Whisky. We played some tunes and a round of Pool.

The next day we had to get our hair done and and eat some food and then we were on our way. We got lost in the process but then found our way. We got there on time. Me, LJ (the matron of honor) and Her husband. I found out that the bride's maid that fell was not attending as she had a migraine bad enough to make her cry. Got the make up done and then it was time for dressing. Got dressed and by the end of it all we were a HALF HOUR LATE for the start. We started up the stairs and wanted to ensure the Groom is no where in site of myself.

We started the ceremony. After the Walking down the aisle and attempting to trip on my dress. Got up the stairs and then started with our vows to each other, lighting the candle, Almost caught my veil on fire. Following that we exchanged vows again along with rings, then did our Handfasting with our cords. Then after that we did the whole seal the deal with a kiss and the announcing the bride and groom.

After the recessional we go through the party line. We hug everyone that came to our wedding and then after everyone has seen us we then get introduced to the people as Mr. and Mrs. We get right down to the toast, then to the cake cutting, the marriage license signing, and then pictures. After the Pictures we do the boquet toss and then the garter toss followed by the 1st dance.
Boy did we ever have all of our bases covered. After the reception Uurson got out of his suit, he was getting hot. Then our friends helped pack the car with our gifts and then I packet myself into the car then off we went to the hotel.

After that point we went out to dinner and then well.. we called it a night.

We obtained some killer gifts. So I wanted to thank those who offered their gifts to us. Here is a list of some of the noteable things we got.
1. Kitchen Aid
2. Microwave (we sooo needed one)
3. Small George foreman grill
4. Pyrex set
5. Rubbermaid storage set
6. Cook book
7. Poetry art
8. Gift cards
9. House Dragon (stuffed kind)
10. Tapestry
11. Wine bottle Light
12. Photo album
13. Cash.
14. Cards lot and lots of cards

Everything was well recieved and very much thankful for. Now all I have to obtain is my damn camera. I don't want anything special but a good digital camera for taking memoriable pictures for those who are far away.
>^.^<

Update Coming soon

As my update is going to be huge I wanted to let you all know that... This year I am going to attempt to make these New Year's Resolutions. (I wonder what I should do for this year). Well here they are in no particular order.

Goal #1. Get in shape
I plan on hitting the gym at least 3 times a week. That includes Yoga, Weight lifting, Walking/Running, and eating right. With the wedding coming so close, I have gained a lot of weight back and then some. It is wrong, just wrong.

Goal #2 Get finaically stable/ Fix credit
Make a budget and stick to it. Cut our losses, and just minimize what we spend on a month to month basis. Also with this I plan to fix my credit. I want to go to a credit councelling place to get help. I know that this is the year to fix that credit or at least get on the road to recovery.

Goal #3 Go somewhere in the company /Move to another company
I want to either move up in the coroporate world or move out. I have been with this company for going on Three years. I don't think I make enough to even make ends meet by myself. Which is a passion that I have had for years.

Goal #4 Get organized
You all hear the proveribal get organized. Well if you see my desk, bedroom, and other clutter area's in the house, you would then understand. I also want to get to the point where we save all reciepts for taxes ect but that also may have to wait until #2 is on its path.

Well now that I have those 4 goals in line. Maybe I can actually achieve them. Well here is to a new year and hopefully 2008 brings great new things. With love. >^.^<

Dear 13 Year Old ME:

Don't worry about being teased in school, as this goes away as you get older. Mangement told the reps today and a lot of them are threating to quit. WE don't make these hours our Client makes these decisions.

Other than that, We finally paid the church. I was not planning on spending over 400$ on doing it. It is very sad when I am not able to do what I have to because of it. I really want to be able to do my wedding and survive.

Oh well I will press on and I will survive. I always do. Now off to get some zzzz. I have another 10 hour day.
>^.^<

We are back from our Trip

Our trip was great!!! We got to spend the night in some woods in a cabin all by our self. It was nice but the only down fall is the beds are not at all confortable. They are anything but. It reminds me what my money is going to when I pay my taxes...

We slept on the floor with the mattresses. I think that next year we are going to be bringing an air mattress. It may be a lot more comfortable then the mattresses that we slept on.

The whole trip was a very okay, it wasn't as spiritual as I would have liked. But it was great for the passing of the torch. I would have liked to leave there a bit earlier but we had to wait for the Ranger to inspect the place.

It rained a lot there but the parts where we had to be outside the rain had stopped. I think my favorite part is going outside then looking up and seeing stars. I love the stars and the moon. I get just start stuck.

I think I would have loved a camera. This entire weekend was just filled with opportunities of taking pictures. I love nature at this place. It is my annual get back to nature and get back with friends that I haven't seen all year. Seeing the community members is a great feeling.

I met new people and enjoyed the presence of those who were veterans of the event. It is our way of celebrating our Yule holiday.

Well tomorrow is going to be fun... meeting up with some friends and errands. Woo hoo..
>^.^<

Status Chaos

So this weekend is our family's annual yule trip. Every year about this time we make our annual pilgrimage to a campsite in the sticks beyond Olympia. As this happens I had scheduled to take off this Friday and Monday. My schedule is M-F. Which is a great idea but unfortunately I am not able to take the time off for the vacation because I am using that for the wedding.

But before we go to our Yule trip, my first stop is to David's Bridal in Tacoma. I have to pick up my wedding dress. It is going to be done on Friday. I am soo excited to get it as it is my favorite thing so far about the wedding.

After that we have so much to do in regards to the wedding. On the Monday that we come back we have to go to the church and pay it off.

Work has been crazy lately. We just had a "promotion" in the department, which leaves us very short handed. We currently run our department on 10 people; 9 analysts and 1 supervisor. The problem that we have is first one of the analysts had been "promoted" and we have 3 contracts to deal with and one one the way. This is approximately 200 people and only 5 analysts dedicated to these three contracts. The other 4 analysts are dedicated to TMO. But get this... we have another contract on the way that is about 150 more people that we have to grade.

Now my job isn't easy but it isn't hard either, but people that is 350 people that we need to monitor next month/ this month. We each can handle about 45 reps per person. So we have 4 of us doing at least 200 people... I mean come on people this is not very helpful to us taking our analyst from us.

Either way .. to sum up the day/ week ..... This is not a good day for all. On top of the 10 hour days.
Well off to chill >^.^<

Meeting and Greeting

Hello Blog world~

My name is Kitty and this is my proverbial blog.
