New Year's Resolution

Well it is that time of year again where you all make New Year's Resolutions. This year I am going to attempt to make these New Year's Resolutions. (I wonder what I should do for this year). Well here they are in no particular order.

Goal #1. Get in shape
I plan on hitting the gym at least 3 times a week. That includes Yoga, Weight lifting, Walking/Running, and eating right. With the wedding coming so close, I have gained a lot of weight back and then some. It is wrong, just wrong.

Goal #2 Get finaically stable/ Fix credit
Make a budget and stick to it. Cut our losses, and just minimize what we spend on a month to month basis. Also with this I plan to fix my credit. I want to go to a credit councelling place to get help. I know that this is the year to fix that credit or at least get on the road to recovery.

Goal #3 Go somewhere in the company /Move to another company
I want to either move up in the coroporate world or move out. I have been with this company for going on Three years. I don't think I make enough to even make ends meet by myself. Which is a passion that I have had for years.

Goal #4 Get organized
You all hear the proveribal get organized. Well if you see my desk, bedroom, and other clutter area's in the house, you would then understand. I also want to get to the point where we save all reciepts for taxes ect but that also may have to wait until #2 is on its path.

Well now that I have those 4 goals in line. Maybe I can actually achieve them. Well here is to a new year and hopefully 2008 brings great new things. With love. >^.^<

Dear 13 Year Old ME:

Don't worry about being teased in school, as this goes away as you get older. Exercise everyday, run, play, jump, and get involved in activities. English matters, so do well, if you need help with it ask. Don't be afraid to ask questions, as this does not get easier as time goes on. Keep your head high, and take care of your self. Don't ever wonder what everyone else thinks about you, as you are still a sweet person. Keep up the curiosity, and the positive attitude. Just remember that you can get through anything.

This letter to my 13 year old self was brought to you by a tag I received from SJSFalter+. The assignment was: Write a letter to your thirteen- year-old self, then tag five other people. I am going to tag...

And since I don't know anyone on the blogging world, I can't tag anyone.. *cries*

I hate monday's

Monday's are not my favorite day of the week, especially when they are actually Tuesday.
I started today with all the good intentions of catching up with my work. I have been trying to catch up all month.

We find out at work today that they are changing the hours of operation of one of our contracts from 5am- 9pm to 11am- 9pm. Mangement told the reps today and a lot of them are threating to quit. WE don't make these hours our Client makes these decisions.

Other than that, We finally paid the church. I was not planning on spending over 400$ on doing it. It is very sad when I am not able to do what I have to because of it. I really want to be able to do my wedding and survive.

Oh well I will press on and I will survive. I always do. Now off to get some zzzz. I have another 10 hour day.

We are back from our Trip

Our trip was great!!! We got to spend the night in some woods in a cabin all by our self. It was nice but the only down fall is the beds are not at all confortable. They are anything but. It reminds me what my money is going to when I pay my taxes...

We slept on the floor with the mattresses. I think that next year we are going to be bringing an air mattress. It may be a lot more comfortable then the mattresses that we slept on.

The whole trip was a very okay, it wasn't as spiritual as I would have liked. But it was great for the passing of the torch. I would have liked to leave there a bit earlier but we had to wait for the Ranger to inspect the place.

It rained a lot there but the parts where we had to be outside the rain had stopped. I think my favorite part is going outside then looking up and seeing stars. I love the stars and the moon. I get just start stuck.

I think I would have loved a camera. This entire weekend was just filled with opportunities of taking pictures. I love nature at this place. It is my annual get back to nature and get back with friends that I haven't seen all year. Seeing the community members is a great feeling.

I met new people and enjoyed the presence of those who were veterans of the event. It is our way of celebrating our Yule holiday.

Well tomorrow is going to be fun... meeting up with some friends and errands. Woo hoo..

Status Chaos

So this weekend is our family's annual yule trip. Every year about this time we make our annual pilgrimage to a campsite in the sticks beyond Olympia. As this happens I had scheduled to take off this Friday and Monday. My schedule is M-F. Which is a great idea but unfortunately I am not able to take the time off for the vacation because I am using that for the wedding.

But before we go to our Yule trip, my first stop is to David's Bridal in Tacoma. I have to pick up my wedding dress. It is going to be done on Friday. I am soo excited to get it as it is my favorite thing so far about the wedding.

After that we have so much to do in regards to the wedding. On the Monday that we come back we have to go to the church and pay it off.

Work has been crazy lately. We just had a "promotion" in the department, which leaves us very short handed. We currently run our department on 10 people; 9 analysts and 1 supervisor. The problem that we have is first one of the analysts had been "promoted" and we have 3 contracts to deal with and one one the way. This is approximately 200 people and only 5 analysts dedicated to these three contracts. The other 4 analysts are dedicated to TMO. But get this... we have another contract on the way that is about 150 more people that we have to grade.

Now my job isn't easy but it isn't hard either, but people that is 350 people that we need to monitor next month/ this month. We each can handle about 45 reps per person. So we have 4 of us doing at least 200 people... I mean come on people this is not very helpful to us taking our analyst from us.

Either way .. to sum up the day/ week ..... This is not a good day for all. On top of the 10 hour days.
Well off to chill >^.^<
